Went to the rec this morning, and while my tummy had been feeling
uncomfortable for most of the morning, I got on that interactive bike
and the treadmill. I had to do a brisk walk most of the time but
surprisingly my tummy didn't hurt at all when I jogged.
Also, when
I went to weigh myself, I got down to 188! That's three pounds less
from when I weighed in on the 12th, and my goal date is the 26th, in
three days. I should keep it up and remember to watch my portions and
stuff.
